Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within a 30-day window. Please note that to qualify, frames must be returned in their original condition and with all elements of the packaging intact. 

To initiate a return or exchange, contact info@wendywin.com with your order number in the subject. We will reply with the return shipping label in 1-2 business days and also follow-up with any additional details necessary to complete a return or exchange.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any processing fees. It generally takes about 10 -business days for your return to be processed and refund to appear on your bank statement.
